List of repairs thus far since 112's arrival in NJ:

Replaced missing fuel injector and rocker bridge.

All rubber water hoses replaced, and clogged water lines cleaned and replaced. New holding tank site glass installed.

New primary and secondary fuel filters installed, along with new pressure gauges.

Replaced the starting relay and ground relay. Cleaned many contacts.

Cleaned the battery box, welded new supports and hinges in the battery box, and installed new batteries.

Removed, cleaned, and inspected the air filter and plenum. Conducted visual inspection of the blower.

Replaced the oil in
the air compressor.

What's next:

Now that she is running,
there are oil and fuel leaks
to address.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 


After several months of work, LV 112 came back to life on July 23, 2010!
